  1. The Clubhouse will only be hired out for over 40 year olds events (birthday parties, Christmas parties, presentations and corporate events)

  2. Premises are to be treated with care and respect at all times.

  3. No smoking inside the Clubhouse

  4. No drinking or eating on the dance floor.

  5. No food to be served within the Clubhouse (tables & shelter will be provided for outside serving)

  6. Do not remove any memorabilia or ornaments from their original position or fixture

  7. No swearing, offensive or coarse behaviour

  8. Ask Big Al for your special rate of hire of the Clubhouse & a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

  9. The premises must be left in the condition in which they were received.

  11. The hire includes your host Big Al who will DJ and MC your event operating all music, karaoke visual display (7 plasmas) and lighting systems. Margot will cater for your event as your hostess.

  12. Due to the priceless memorabilia on the walls etc, decorating is restricted to tables only (balloons etc) 

  13. Cost of any breakage’s is the responsibility of the hirer.

  14. No Children under 15 years of age.
